| I might have missed this in one of your notes, but I did look rather closely being as tired as I am (this probably being my mistake in the first place ^_^;). In any case, the installer of v4.43 removed all my .MCL world files. Fortunately, it did keep all my plugins, although I already had them in a zip file for portability anyway.... Does anyone know how, if possible, I can retrieve said world files? It didn't send anything to the recycle bin. I am using Vista Home Premium, SP1.(don't judge, I have no choice, other people use this comp Dx).

| The installer doesn't remove world files. Period. Nor does the uninstaller.
What has probably happened is that since the startup directory has changed, it is looking in a different place than where they are. Try My Documents or whatever it is called. Use the Windows "search" function to find one whose name you remember. |
